China International Nuclear Energy Industry Innovation Expo (China)
World Nuclear Industry Status Report: The Global “Nuclear Renaissance” Is in Fact “Single‑Engine Driven by China,” with Regions Outside China in “Substantial Stagnation”
Recently, the latest edition of the World Nuclear Industry Status Report (
WNISR
), led by independent energy analyst Mycle Schneider, pointed out in its analysis: the so-called global “nuclear renaissance” is in essence a localized expansion driven by a single engine—China; if China’s strong engineering momentum is stripped away, nuclear power in the rest of the world is in a state of structural “substantial stagnation and slight contraction.” 7 October 2026 • Organizing Committee of the (…)

Plans Advance for Floating Nuclear Plant in New Brunswick, a First Among G7 Countries
Plans for a floating nuclear power plant advanced this week with its backers’ selection of a small reactor to power it. The demonstration facility, dubbed a Transportable Nuclear Power Plant, would mark many firsts. Set for near a small port in Belledune, N.B., it would be the first floating nuclear plant in a G7 country, as well as the developer’s first commercial deployment. It would also be the first nuclear project majority-owned by First Nations. Belledune is situated in the (…)

Cash Only: Jeden reaktor navíc a další na cestě.
V dominanci jádra věří i do budoucna. by Sofie Krýžová • 4 October 2026 Česku se v loňském roce v jedné oblasti mimořádně dařilo, a to i v globálním kontextu. Celosvětový vývoj jednoho z nejstabilnějších, nejčistších a co do (…)

Solar Outproduced Nuclear Power Worldwide in 2025 for the First Time, Independent Report Finds
Solar panels produced more electricity worldwide than nuclear reactors across all of 2025, the first full year in which that has happened, according to the latest World Nuclear Industry Status Report. Global solar generation jumped about 30% last year, while output from the world’s operating reactors rose just 1.1%, pv magazine reported on September 29. by Sydney Anderson • 30 September 2026 The milestone matters because it marks a change in which low-carbon source supplies more of the (…)
